Starting and completing a massive home decor project can be SUPER overwhelming especially when you have limited time throughout the week. It can feel like there aren’t enough hours to do all of the beautiful transformations you want in your home.
However, I have found that the biggest impact you can make in your home is from projects that you can tackle over the weekend.
My husband and I both have full-time jobs so starting a new project throughout the week was never an option for us. We had to rely on weeknights and weekends.
Luckily, we found ways to complete home decor projects without having unlimited hours to spend renovating and they all turned out SO good!
I have put together a list of the easiest and most realistic home decor projects that you can complete this weekend. The results will be massive without a ton of effort!
1. Design an Adorable Gallery Wall
Designing and installing a gallery wall into your space can make a huge impact. If you have a blank wall that you aren’t quite sure what to do with, adding your favorite framed artwork can really transform it. Take note of how to design and install a gallery wall in your own home this weekend!

5. Upgrade Your Office
Throughout the week, you might not have time to think about your office space (especially if you work from home). On the weekend, you should treat yourself to a new office setup. It’s a super fun and easy project that your “work self” will thank you for later. 😉
6. Brighten Up Your Space
Take the time this weekend to make your home a little brighter. From a fresh new coat of paint, adding a big mirror to create an illusion of more space, to incorporating more lighting, you can make your home feel much bigger and brighter with just a couple of small changes.
7. Get Extremely Organized
Each time you open the closet door, do you instantly say to yourself “Ugh I really need to organize this closet”? Well, this weekend is the moment!
